Lisa at Roy Green was the estate agent for the couple above us in the chain, but despite us not even instructing them Lisa was hard working and extremely attentive in what turned out to be a drawn out and delayed proceedings - the delays where absolutely no fault of Lisa or Roy Green's. Lisa kept me up-to-date throughout and did everything she could to keep the deal together and moving forward; above and beyond what she needed to do. As I say we didn't use Roy Green's, but I'd have no problem in recommending them moving forward.
