A hidden gem! Great little site for a short stay with easy access from A1 and M1. Site is a fenced off part of a working farm with mature hedge to shield it from the road. You can enjoy the afternoon and evening sunshine while watching the pedigree cattle graze leisurely. Site is almost completely level with hook-ups well spaced along the hedge perimeter. Short cycle to Barrow for the pub or Loughborough for supermarkets. Very friendly owners. Have stayed here three times and only once has it been full.
Nice place for a day or two... quiet and scenic but nothing more than a field with a tap if truth be told.
Really enjoy this place every time we visit.
